Privacy notice
How we use the details and drawings you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website belongs to Lalson Electro Tech Private Limited, B-29, Sector 8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. For any question about your information, email info@lalsonelectrotech.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive what you type into it. When you email us, we receive your email and anything attached to it:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- Details of the part, material, finish, thickness, quantity and requirements
- Drawings and other files you email to us. The form itself does not accept files
How we use it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and plate and deliver your parts if you place an order. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
We treat drawings as confidential. They are seen only by our staff who need them to quote and plate your parts, and are not shared outside the company.
Where it goes
The enquiry form is run by Formspree, a form service based in the United States. It receives what you type into the form, keeps a copy in our Formspree account and emails it to us. The form does not accept files.
Enquiries and emails arrive at info@lalsonelectrotech.com and lalsonelectrotech@gmail.com. Our email is provided by Google (Google Workspace and Gmail).
We keep enquiries and drawings for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any order, and for our business records.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
The contact page shows a Google Maps map. When you scroll to it, your browser loads the map from Google, which may set its own cookies; Google's privacy policy applies to that.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by emailing info@lalsonelectrotech.com.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle your information changes.
